Glen Scott Starnes pleaded guilty to felony possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to five years probation. What a piece of work. Here’s the story.I wonder where this guy is working now. The last I heard, he was vying for City Manager jobs in the cities of Taft and Mason, Texas.
