Mr. Steven Blair is today's Dumbass.

You may have heard the story about the mural at Miller Valley [elementary] School in Prescott Arizona. Someone thought the faces of the kids depicted on the mural (actual kids who attended the school), weren’t quite lily-white enough. You may have read it here, here or here.

Steve Blair is a fat, racist tub of shit, who also happens to be a Prescott city councilman. Until recently, he was also employed at an a.m. radio station as, um, something. Anyway…Here’s what he had to say on the air about the mural:

“I am not a racist individual, but I will tell you depicting a black guy in the middle of that mural, based upon who's President of the United States today and based upon the history of this community, when I grew up we had four black families - who I have been very good friends with for years - to depict the biggest picture on that building as a black person, I would have to ask the question, 'Why?'”

I’m not quite sure what Mr. Blair is trying to say, because he obviously skipped a few classes in school where the taught us all how to talk Amurcun (i.e. how the fuck to communicate coherently in English), but it sure as hell sounds like he has a problem with black folk, except for those four black families…and I’ll betcha a Mexican gardener or housekeeper.

The “black guy in the middle of the mural” he mentioned happens to be one of the students at the elementary school.
