Dumbass extraordinaire John Bolton said referred to the President of the United States as the “first president, Republican or Democrat, at least since Franklin Roosevelt, who didn’t get up every morning thinking first about what threats the United States faces.”

Do you suppose this idiot is a mind-reader, or does he get a phone call from the President every morning? “John. I still just don’t care about national security.”
