Officer Robert Powell, of the Dallas Police Department pulled over an NFL running back for running a stop light. The NFL player, Ryan Moats, had been speeding family to a hospital where his mother-in-law was dying.
The Powell still refused to let Moats go, even after a nurse and a hospital security guard verified the man’s mother-in-law was dying of cancer.

The woman died while Moats was being written a ticket.
This “experienced” three-year veteran of the Police Department not only needs to be fired, he needs his ass kicked for being a supreme dumbass. Oh, and throw a lawsuit in there to boot.
I’ll betcha a shiny nickel that Moats would’ve been let go if he was a white businessman in a nice suit. Come on – Bet. Bet.
Have a look:

That story sure pissed me off. I didn't know there was a YouTube of it.
If Moats wasn't a well known professional athlete, the Dallas police chief probably would've shrugged the whole thing off with "well, what do you want me to do? Get lost Boy."
I hope Powell gets fired and blacklisted from ever working in any kind of law enforcement again, anywhere. Even better, I hope he gets paid a little "visit" by Moats and some of his teammates.
