According to the Associated Press, she said Texas suffers from the highest property taxes in the country.According to MSN Money Central, Texas rates #12, preceded by Washington, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Illinois, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, and New Jersey.
