Louisiana Justice of the Peace Keith Bardwell (Tangipahoa Parish) rates pretty high on my list of people I suspect are the product of sister-fuckin' and childhood attendance at Klan Rallies. He contends he’s not a racist despite his refusal to marry an interracial couple. He also said he has “piles and piles of black friends,” which adds to my suspicions about this cretin.

Corn Hole
John Cornyn (R-Texas) was on Meet the Press this morning. He criticized the president for not immediately acting on General McChrystal’s request for more troops – for endangering troops’ lives by not giving the general the tools he needed to do the job.

David Gregory then asked Cornyn if he thought the Bush administration sent enough troops to do the job. Cornyn didn’t answer the question, so Gregory asked again…and again….and again.

Cornyn obviously doesn’t have the mental capacity to understand that the only two answers appropriate for a “yes or no” question are: a) Yes; or b) No.

Van Jones and Republican Hypocrisy

You’ve certainly seen and heard the “controversy” regarding White house adviser Van Jones. In the past he contended that the Bush administration may have orchestrated the 9/11 attacks to get us to war. He also called Republicans assholes.

I can’t say I agree with the 9/11 assertion, but I will say that it wouldn’t surprise me if they did. Nothing our government does surprises me.

As for Republicans being assholes; I can’t say that about all of them. I have friends who are Republicans, who I don’t consider assholes. I will say that a lot of Republicans are assholes: birthers, deathers, for example. Or would they more aptly be categorized as idiots? Anyway…on to the Dumbasses…
