Meeting of the Mindless

Expect a disturbance in The Force between February 4th and 6th. Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin will be headlining a Teabag Party convention in Nashville.

The brain-sucking black hole created by these two imbeciles and their knuckle-dragging followers will be sufficient to require anyone within 1000 miles to read the equivalent of three complete volumes of encyclopedia to regain what was lost.

Challenged

“She was an executive in one of the largest states in Alaska.” – Kristan Cole, former Palin campaign spokesperson, on Larry King, 11/16/2009.

I wonder who caught it from whom…

Speaking of Sarah, here’s a very nice excerpt concerning Palin’s book, from a young (19) and very sharp blogger named Woozie, whose blog I’ve been reading for a few years…

“First off there's a name I happily haven't heard in months. Second off, I didn't know she could string together enough coherent thoughts to make up a book. And not just any book, a "tell-all" book. I was unaware there's something about her curious life that we didn't already know. Where [entertainer Lady] Gaga is the eclectic, artistic crazy I can love, Sarah Palin is the dim-witted, short-sighted crazy I can love to hate. Everything that falls out of her mouth sounds like something a political science 101 student would say, thinking they know everything there is to know having managed a B+ in the class. Sometimes I think inept is a better word to describe her than dumb, but any synonym for stupid perfectly matches her base. What money they don't give to her they likely spend at Cash4Gold. At the very least she should have released her book much closer to 2012 so she could ride the inevitable wave of superficial popularity to a Presidential nomination. Maybe she thinks the world's going to end in three years so she's cashing in now.”

A Quitter's Quitter

Can you believe it? I can. And this ain't the first time Palin has quit government service. She quit her mayor job too. Her attempts to spin this failure to complete an obligation may resonate with the the knuckle-dragging faction of the Right, but it ain't working for me.

She also quit service, between mayoral and gubernatorial gigs, as chair of the Oil and Gas commission after less than a year.

And how many colleges did she quit? Pfft.

Who in their right mind would want this quitter serving in any level of government service? She cut and ran. She's emboldening the "enemy." She's a loser and a quitter.

Fuck her.
