“I understand why Barack Obama wants to send every kid to college, because of their indoctrination mills, absolutely.
Huh? I get that the Glenn Beck crowd is a little uninformed – that they have the intellectual capacity of a soap dish – but pandering to the amoeba-brained cretins (I learned that word in an indoctrination mill) who believe everyone should be as stupid as they are is a little over the line for someone who’s supposed to be a mainstream presidential candidate. Indoctrination mills? Are you serious?
The indoctrination that is going on at the university level is a harm to our country.”
Right. Kinda like dividing a country that was founded on religious freedom by trying to jam government full of religion, and dividing our populous by religious beliefs.
“62 percent of kids who go into college with a faith commitment leave without it.”
What, they magically stop believing in God? So what? You magically started believing abortion was murder, when once you didn’t have an opinion on it (or so you say). And what the fuck exactly is a “faith commitment”? And where the exactly did you get that statistic? Has the God Squad covertly infiltrated our universities to make notations and report back to God HQ every time someone (Poof!) stops believing in a supreme being?
"Education should be the parental responsibility…”
Right. People like Glenn Beck, a poster child for indoctrinational education, would be a wonderful parent, and an even wonderfuler educator, with his vast knowledge of all that factual facty stuff educators should knowledgeable about. What you forget Frothmeister, is that our society isn’t exactly the acme of intellectual prowess (there are actually facts that prove this, idiot boy). The people you want to educate our future leaders are narrow-minded bigots who believe the Bible is the answer to everything; that our nation should revolve around your God and your God only; that all men are not created equal; that we should not be good stewards of the environment; and that our lily-white country don't need no nigger presidents.
“…and the local community should be the one to be working with the parents to make sure that children get the best educational in environment for each child in America.” “The federal government needs to get out of education. The state government by and large needs to get out of education, other than making sure there are sufficient resources, particularly in poorer neighborhoods, to be able to help (have) some sort of equality of education in America ... to have the resources to have the best customized education."
What you’re not getting, you fucking idiot, is that parents are the local community. Now the question is, which parents should be allowed to dictate what children learn in school? Should it be the pocket of strict Christians down the road, or should it be the moderate Unitarian Universalists that live on the other side of town? Or – Should it be the Jehovah’s Witnesses who would exclude anything to do with blood transfusions from medical doctor training? Or wait – what if the majority of people in town are penis-puffing, homersexial, tree-hugging life members of PETA? Should they be allowed to dictate what is taught in their community? You see, you sack of idiocy, government must be involved in education, and there must be standards and organization, or there will be educational and intellectual anarchy, not to mention severe societal divisiveness that could lead to the ruin of our country.
So, Ricky Boy:
I get that you believe in God. I also get that you think certain aspects of our society teach children and adults things you don’t advocate or believe in. I also get that you have a dislike of people who don’t believe what you believe. You’re free to think that way. What you’re missing, dear Ricky, is that we’re all free to believe what we want to believe, and say what we want to say. Just because your beliefs are different, and distasteful to me personally, doesn’t mean I would ever try to force you to believe what I believe. I might try to convince you that my way is better, but I would never try to force you to believe what I believe or to live like I live.
Instead of delving into the extreme right of the political spectrum and doling out dangerous and divisive diatribes of hate, intolerance and unfounded hyperbole in your quest to get to a position where you can force people to do and be what you want, convince us that your way is better. Tell us the truth. Speak and lead by bringing our country together, not by engaging in irresponsible, untrue and dangerously divisive rhetoric.

Frothy Mixture
The other day Rick Santorum said “It’s about government control of your lives and it’s gotta stop.” I don’t know about Ricky baby but the government has little control over my life. I can go where I want, say what I want, worship what I want (or not), etc. No one’s forcing me to do anything, except maybe getting car insurance, not murdering people and the like.
Requiring the HMOs patronized by religious institutions to offer contraception in their healthcare plans is no more infringing on the institutions' (or their customers’/employees’) religious freedoms than requiring me to listen to prayers at a government function is infringing on mine. No one’s telling ‘em they have to use the fucking shit. It no more infringes on them than on the religious beliefs of federal workers who eat at a government cafeteria that serves pork or beef when their religions prohibit eating it (ditto for people who serve it). Why should Hindus, Jews, and Muslims be forced to pay money for food, part of which goes to buying beef and pork for everyone else? And why should foodservice workers be forced to serve it? And why should Catholics be forced to pay the same money at the same government dining facilities that goes toward buying non-fish meat that’s served on Fridays during Lent? No one’s being forced to do anything.
It’s a ridiculous fucking non-issue, and politicians and religious leaders need to shut the fuck up already.

WTF
“On this day, D-Day June 6th in 1944, almost 60,000 average Americans had the courage to go out and charge those beaches on Normandy. Those Americans risked everything so they could make that decision on their health care plan.” – Rick Santorum
What the fuck is this moron smoking?
