Chris DohertySoon to be former Reading First director Chris Doherty is the latest addition to these hallowed halls soon-to-be-full of dumbasses.
A government audit discovered that the US Education Department disregarded ethics rules during distribution of money under the President’s Reading First program.
From what I read on the ol’ internets (as Dubya sez), Doherty and his cronies were crookedhandedly awarding contracts to their pet companies – Driving away others.
According to many news outlets, this quote was extracted from a Doherty email concerning an unwelcome publisher:
“They are trying to crash our party and we need to beat the (expletive) out of them in front of all the other would-be party crashers who are standing on the front lawn waiting to see how we welcome these dirtbags,”
Talk about dirtbags…

We The People need to start holding these D.I.G.s accountable for their actions. They steal our money right in front of us, yet we tolerate it as they laugh in our faces.
Instead of a slap on the wrist and a 3 month “Martha Stewart Vacation” at Club Fed, we need to start locking these thieves up in real prisons. If the State Pen is good enough for us common folk, it’s sure good enough for those pieces of shit.
As an alternative Mr. Doherty, how about you take a Greyhound down to Texas and let me beat the ever livin’ shit out of you? I’d accept that as a fair punishment….only ‘cause I know I’d do it right.
